NCovid-19 cancellation conditionsen

• If, in the event of an official order from the state of Baden-Württemberg, there is a ban on accommodation for tourist purposes at the time of the booked stay or if this is imposed before the start of the booked stay, we will cancel the booking free of charge.
• If the case arises that a tourist rental is permitted, but restaurants and leisure facilities are or remain closed and you do not want to go on the trip for this reason, our regular cancellation conditions apply (see attached). Free cancellation is not possible in this case.
• Should the case arise that the originally booked travel group is limited in the number of people for official reasons (e.g. only one household can travel) and the stay needs to be canceled for this reason, our regular cancellation conditions also apply (see attached). Free cancellation is not possible in this case. In any case, the rental price will be adjusted to the new, legally possible number of people.
• Here are our regular cancellation conditions:
  If you cancel within 12 weeks of your arrival date, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit if the house cannot be rented out elsewhere.
  If you cancel within 6 weeks of your arrival date, we reserve the right to demand the full amount of the invoice if the house cannot be rented to another party. If necessary, please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance.
